Mark Casey, President
Mark Casey brings Intelex clients an established record of performance in security. His experience includes extensive work with the U.S. Department of Energy National Safeguard. Additionally he has specialized security training with certifications in the following areas of expertise: insurance investigations, special tactical training (NEMEG) and bomb search. Mark has conducted investigations in criminal cases for local Public Defender's Offices in the Chicagoland area. He has collected and processed evidence, as well as performed personal protection for executives and high profile individuals. He maintains his Illinois license as a Private Investigator with continuing education in computer forensic software.

Robert Jacobs, Vice President Operations
Robert Jacobs offers Intelex clients over 20 years of certified law enforcement experience coupled with special expertise in criminal investigations of financial, identity theft, Internet child exploitation and computer crime. Robert possesses a thorough knowledge of today's technology and the requirements for collection and preservation of digital evidence from all media devices to ensure the best possible results for Intelex clients. Robert has demonstrated tactical leadership abilities and training with special weapons as a member of a Special Weapons and Tactics team for several years. Robert continues to enhance his knowledge base by continuing as an active member of the Illinois Tactical Officers Association (ITOA), Illinois Crimes Against Children (ICAC), High Tech Crimes Investigators Association (HTCIA) and the FBI Innocent Images Task Force.

Mark Grena, Process & Civil Investigations Division Manager
Mark Grena began his career by providing security services in both the retail and industrial sectors. He expanded his experience to investigations by serving civil process and conducting all aspects of civil investigations and property recovery. Over the last ten years his work has been in corporate management. Mark's training is ongoing, with a focus on criminal investigations.
